In this keynote, the presenters will delve into strategies designed to shift the cognitive load from teachers to students, empowering them to take ownership of their mathematical identities. Through thought-provoking questioning, equitable opportunities for all learners, and strategic checks for understanding, participants will discover practical methods to creating equitable and engaging mathematics classrooms.
